Lumikai Leads USD 1.5Mn Seed Round for NPrep to Scale Interactive AI-Powered Educational Platform for India's Nursing Workforce

Lumikai has led a $1.5Mn seed round in NPrep, an AI-powered, video-first learning platform focused on nursing education and career outcomes. Founded by AIIMS Jodhpur alumni Prince Kaushik, Utkarsh Paliwal and Gourav Khurana, NPrep addresses a gap in nursing exam preparation in India, which remains largely offline and standardised.

The platform offers more than 1.4K hours of exam-aligned content with adaptive learning paths, an AI mentor and performance analytics, and reached over 100K users within ten months of launch. India continues to be a key supplier of healthcare talent globally even as domestic demand rises, and learning is moving toward specialised, career-linked pathways. NPrep sits within Lumikai's thesis on interactive, AI-driven platforms, combining domain depth with AI-led personalisation to widen access to career opportunities across domestic and global healthcare systems.
