Tiasha is a finance and transactions professional at Lumikai, bringing over a decade of experience across fund structuring, taxation, regulatory advisory, and financial services.
At Lumikai, she plays a key role in fund operations, investment transaction management, and regulatory compliance across the firm's investment vehicles. Her responsibilities span complex transaction structuring and execution, co-investment arrangements, special purpose vehicles (SPVs), fund accounting, portfolio valuations, investor reporting, and financial modelling. She works closely with the investment and finance teams, external advisors, and institutional stakeholders to support the execution of investments, follow-on rounds, and exits, while ensuring robust governance and regulatory processes.
Prior to Lumikai, Tiasha was part of PwC Mumbai's Deals practice, where she advised leading private equity and venture capital funds, sovereign wealth funds and development finance institutions with multi-billion-dollar AUMs. Her experience spans transaction due diligence, marquee exits and complex cross-border fund setups, including bespoke tax and regulatory structuring.
She previously held corporate and international taxation advisory roles at EY Mumbai and PwC Kolkata, working on complex tax and regulatory matters.
Tiasha is a qualified Chartered Accountant, holds an undergraduate degree from Calcutta University, and has successfully completed the NISM-Series-XIX-D: Category I and II Alternative Investment Fund Managers Certification Examination. Her expertise combines institutional fund operations, transaction execution, and regulatory oversight.
Outside of work, she is an avid reader with a keen interest in finance and psychology.
