Aditya is a Principal at Lumikai, where he plays a key role in the firm's investment strategy, deal execution, and portfolio development. He works across the investment lifecycle, from identifying emerging opportunities and leading investment diligence to transaction structuring, portfolio value creation, and supporting founders as they scale their businesses.
With over six years of experience spanning venture capital, private equity, and corporate finance, Aditya brings a combination of analytical rigour, commercial judgment, and deep sector expertise. He works closely with Lumikai's portfolio companies on strategic priorities, growth initiatives, follow-on financing, and long-term value creation. He also contributes to the development of the firm's investment thesis across interactive media, digital platforms, and emerging technologies shaping the attention economy.
Aditya has led Lumikai's flagship annual research publication, the State of India Interactive Media, since 2021, establishing it as a widely referenced source of industry intelligence for policymakers, government bodies, investors, and industry leaders globally.
Prior to Lumikai, Aditya gained experience in private equity at HDFC's proprietary $1Bn PE fund.
He holds an undergraduate degree in Economics (Honours) from Christ University, Bangalore, and a Master's in Finance and Economics (Cum Laude) from Erasmus University, Rotterdam.
A keen gamer, he held the record of being a top 50 player across India on FIFA '22. His favorite games include- Elden Ring, Batman: Arkham City, and the Grand Theft Auto series. He is also an avid reader of sci-fi and non-fiction.
