Rishabh Sethia

Manager - Finance & Fund Operations

Rishabh brings over eight years of experience across finance, fund operations, fund management, compliance, reconciliations, and internal controls.

Prior to joining Lumikai, he was part of the Fund Operations and Finance team at WaterBridge Ventures, a Category II AIF, where he supported funds with a cumulative AUM of over USD 150 million. Before that, Rishabh worked at Arcesium, a global financial technology firm, contributing to the Trade Accounting and Operations function for leading financial institutions. He began his career at Macquarie, where he was part of the Product Control team, marking the start of his professional journey in financial services.

At Lumikai, Rishabh focuses on fund accounting, investor reporting, fund modelling, and portfolio valuations as part of the finance function.

Rishabh holds an undergraduate degree from Delhi University and is a Chartered Accountant.

Outside of work, he is an avid photographer and enjoys trekking and travel, often organizing group trips. He is also passionate about adventure sports, particularly paragliding and surfing.
