Aanchal brings 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, category management, and community building, with a proven track record in driving growth for fast-paced start-ups and global brands. At Lumikai, she leads PR, brand, and community efforts, shaping the fund’s voice across media, events, and digital platforms while cultivating meaningful relationships with founders, partners, and the interactive media ecosystem.

At Urban Company, she worked on the home painting category, building integrated brand communications and high-impact campaigns to drive awareness and adoption. She contributed to award-winning content IPs such as Style My Space (afaqs Silver Medal), led influencer collaborations to target diverse consumer segments, and implemented performance marketing strategies across Meta and Google to improve CTRs and reduce CAC. Her role encompassed consumer research, GTM planning, creative testing, and business forecasting.

Previously at AdPushup, a fast-growing SaaS start-up, she managed event marketing and brand communications to strengthen the company’s presence in global ad-tech markets.

She began her career in brand communications and PR, managing mandates for Blenders Pride, Chivas India, and Huawei Mobile Phones—overseeing flagship event IPs and driving strategic PR campaigns.

With experience across both agency and client-side roles, Aanchal blends strategic insight with executional agility. She holds an MBA in Marketing and a PGD in Communications. Outside work, she is an avid painter and travel enthusiast, often found exploring new cities, sketching, or experimenting in the kitchen.
