Namisha joins us with more than 15 years of experience working with the offices of MDs/CEOs/CMOs across global corporations and most recently VC funds. She has worked with the likes of Lightspeed, Educomp, Nagarro Software, and Mahindra Comviva.

Namisha brings vast experience in managing complex schedules, coordinating high-stakes meetings, and ensuring seamless operations. She has a proven track record of driving productivity and fostering seamless collaboration between executives and internal/external stakeholders.

Namisha is passionate about enabling executives to achieve their goals while maintaining work-life harmony. She is passionate about Lumikai's vision and facilitating support to enable portfolio founders' success.

Namisha has specialised in HRM from XLRI and IIM (C) and has language diplomas in Spanish, French, and Italian.

In her free time, Namisha is an avid birder and loves taking trips to scout exotic birds and butterflies.
