Tanya enjoys 9+ years of professional experience and specialises in Fund Accounting, Regulatory Compliance, Transaction Execution and Investor Reporting. She has experience in managing financial due diligence of target companies, LP capital calls, fund NAV calculations, regulatory compliances, tax, and financial reporting.

Previously at Caspian Impact Investments, an Impact Investing Firm with more than $100Mn of AUM, she managed the entire lifecycle of the fund's finance across various Equity funds of Caspian. Prior to Caspian, Tanya was a Financial analyst at Qualcomm.

She is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and a Dip IFR from ACCA, UK.
