Justin has 18 years experience as a founder and builder, scaling and exiting gaming, media and technology companies across the global and India markets. Prior to Lumikai he was an angel investor, M&A advisor and mentor across India’s technology startup ecosystem, having exited two India companies: PlaySona, a Bangalore-based gamification and monetisation platform, and as Head of Product & Strategy at India’s UTV Games (sold to Disney for $454M).

Justin began his career in the BBC’s technology media group in Tokyo, before helping to build G4 Media — Comcast’s dedicated gaming TV network, pioneering the world’s first televised esports and live-to-air broadcast initiatives. G4 Media grew to 65M homes and was sold to Esquire network. Following this he was Managing Director at News Corporation’s digital media group Fox Interactive Media, helping to build and manage global gaming and entertainment brands including IGN International, RottenTomatoes, and GameSpy technologies.

Justin has a BA in Business Administration from Durham University, and was named one of the Top Five Future Media Stars by The Guardian Newspaper.

His games of the recent generation include Destiny, The Witcher 3, and Bloodborne.
